The Circle Of Nitpicking

First of all, for your amusement and chuckles, here’s Engie tripping balls from last week.

Whatever she's into, I want some

And now, after the break, here’s the usual inane banter that I’m so kind as to provide. Not-ladies and gentlemen, here’s today’s Nerf NOW!

(Insert joke about Elton John's song here)

You know when I saw this image I was just dismissing it as stupid gamer ranting, as right as it is to some extent, it’s just annoying and doesn’t really matter, buuuuut

Maybe I’m going a bit beyond the scope of this comic, but then again the Playstation Eye that was the closest you could call the Kinect a real rip-off of. So I’m going to intrude and over-analyze in my very own moley way and just remind you that the Wii already had a proper controller for the Virtual Console in 2006. It had 2 analogs, even.

So, you know… point is sort of moot. Not that it was any worthy to begin with.

Moooole out!

Not to mention that Gamecube had dual-stick control long before XBox, and PS1 had dual-stick analog control and rumble before anyone else.

PS Eye came well before Wii’s motion controller, and also had various accessories for the wand-type motion tracking. It’s a shame it never really was used in anything fun though. (Like the move lol)

The joke would be fine if he didn’t screw it up by having the arrows point both ways. Because Nintendo didn’t copy Sony, and Microsoft never really copied Nintendo (well, if you don’t count SmartGlass anyway).

It’s not about that the WiiU Pro Controller has analog sticks, that’d be silly. It’s that the controller is shaped near-exactly like a 360 controller.

@Plasma
Sony fans have claimed that it was actually Nintendo who stole the idea of the wii-mote from Sony. There was a video showing Sony working on a prototype called the Wand before the Wii was released.
